Anti-Racism is the process of unlearning racial intolerance. In this session, we will explore the foundations of racism, the context of systemic discrimination, and how both racism and colonialism show up in sport. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of tools and approaches to anti-racism, its connection to equity and greater sensitivity to the experiences of racialized individuals and groups.
