Please join us for the 2024 Sail Canada Annual Meeting!
The Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 7:00pm EDT (8:00pm ADT, 4:00pm PDT).

Register for the Annual Meeting by October 18th to be entered to win a prize. Prize winners must be in attendance until the end of business at the Annual Meeting to qualify.
Any Member entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting shall be entitled to appoint, in writing, a proxy to attend the meeting on that Member’s behalf and to exercise all voting rights. Please see the Bylaws of the Association for detailed membership and voting information. The Sail Canada by-laws are available here; Sail Canada By-laws.
All registered virtual attendees, who hold proxies entitling them to vote on behalf of a Sail Canada member organization, will be emailed directly to be provided access to their unique voting url. Voting access will be sent directly to all eligible attendees.
