Nomination and registration process
In the likely scenario that there will be a limitation on group size for competition this summer, Sail Canada and CORK, with feedback from coaches and PSA’s, have arrived at the following system to give fair representation at these events. We are basing this proposal on 70 athletes and 10 coaches per event. If Public Health adjusts this number either upwards or downwards then the quotas will be adjusted as a percentage of the allocation given for 70 participants. After the nomination period is over and sailors nominated by Sail Canada or PSA have confirmed entry as per dates outlined below, registration for available spots will open on a first come first served basis.
CORK and Sail Canada will follow Government and Public Health regulations. Details of regulations to be in effect at time of the different events may be modified and we will do our utmost to advise of such changes. See the NOR posted to the CORK website for further details.
