Building on the success of Sail Canada’s first Inclusivity, Diversity and Equity Webinar series delivered in the winter of 2024, we are pleased to launch another IDE focused webinar series starting in February 2025. Sessions will take place virtually and provide an opportunity for stakeholders to engage in learning and discussion to have a better understanding of the IDE initiatives at Sail Canada and help provide information and resources that individuals can take back to their sailing club, school or organization.

Session 1: Sail Canada’s IDE Journey

This session will share learnings from the last few years of work to create a more inclusive culture across sailing in Canada. It will highlight the work undertaken to date, and the lessons learned along the way. This session will highlight some of the various data collection that Sail Canada has undertaken over the past few years, particularly the Inclusion Index which was deployed earlier this year.
