Bio:
Matthew began sailing at the age of 8 through the Learn to Sail program at Britannia Yacht Club. He raced in a few local regattas in the 420 before moving to the Radial. Matthew and teammate Joel Riordan decided to team up in the 29er and qualified for the 2011 ISAF Youth World Sailing Championships in July.
Matthew is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing hockey, football and tennis recreationally.
