The Canadian Yachting Association represents 10 provincial sailing associations, 255 yacht clubs, 97 sailing schools, 38 class associations, 34 camps and an estimated 8 million Canadian boaters. In addition, the Association represents over 1,200 sailing instructors and coaches from coast-to-coast who interact with more than 35,000 students annually.
