As Advantage Boating’s primary place of business, Ottawa is home to one of the largest sailing clubs and training centres in Canada and boasts a very active sailing community. As a past recipient of the William Abbott Senior Trophy awarded by the Canadian Yachting Association for excellence in sail training, Advantage Boating prides itself on providing year round educational boating programs and after-training experiences for boaters of all levels.
Employment Opportunity:
Advantage Boating has an immediate opening in Ottawa for an enthusiastic and highly motivated sailing school director. This is a full-time position with some weekend work required.

Training:
The ideal candidate will possess sailing skills, have a good working knowledge of boating fundamentals and some experience in developing, implementing and managing training programs. Opportunities for further development in the area of management and boating related skills will be provided.
