August 10th 2012 - RCYC Island Club - Toronto Ontario
BRUCE COOK - International Umpire and Chair of US Sailing’s Umpires Committee - will deliver the day-long seminar about umpiring matches and applying rules for smarter match racing.
What match racing SAILOR, COACH or OFFICIAL doesn't want to learn more about what the umpires are looking for?

Team Racing is an exciting race format for all SAILORS, COACHES, OFFICIALS and SPECTATOR groups!! It is a fantastic means to hone racing skills. It is the format for collegiate racing circuits in dinghies (e.g.the 420 class) in the US, Canada and around the world, and can be set up for dinghy and keelboat groups at your own club or sailing school.
Opportunity for development as a Team Racing Umpire is here!
The Canadian Collegiate Sailing Circuit's Team Racing Nationals will run in Kingston ON, October 19-21 2012.
The CYA is seeking Umpires, Judges, Coaches, Officials and Sailors interested in taking part in a day-long Team Race Umpiring seminar, with opportunity to support and observe the team racing event through the championship.
