The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held by the end of November each year. The formal requirements for the AGM are found in the Bylaws of the Association. The 2008 AGM will be held in Kingston, Ontario on Saturday, October 25th, 2008 at 2:00pm. AGM registration will commence at 1:30pm. Click Here to Buy Tickets
The CYA Board of Directors meet twice every year, during the Annual Planning Conference (APC) and during the Semi Annual Director's Meeting (SADM).
The CYA Executive meet as often as is deemed necessary, normally four times per year, plus additional conference calls.
